 Celebrating the Silent Heroes of Healthcare Podili, India - The halls of Bellamkonda Pharmacy College were buzzing with energy on Thursday as students and staff came together to celebrate Pharmacist Day with a fantastic event. The celebration was made special by the presence of Dr. Sarath Chandra, the Medical Officer of Podili Urban Health Centre, who attended as the chief guest. The event was expertly overseen by Dr. Narapusetty Naidu, the principal, and Maddula Srinivasulu, the college in-charge. During his speech, Dr. Chandra hailed pharmacists as more than just medicine dispensers. "They are the quiet heroes of our community," he said. "A doctor may provide a treatment, but it's the pharmacist who makes sure that treatment reaches the people. They are truly the silent heroes of our society." Today 24-sep-2025 in our college conducted  The Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan  is a nationwide health initiative program rally with our college management, staff and students.  

 *ఈరోజు బెల్లంకొండ కాలేజీ మరియు వీరిశెట్టి జూనియర్ కళాశాల వారు సంయుక్తంగా బెల్లంకొండ కాలేజీ ప్రాంగణంలో ఉపాధ్యాయ దినోత్సవాన్ని ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు*... కార్యక్రమంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ప్రత్యేక ఆటపోటీలను నిర్వహించారు. మ్యూజికల్‌ చైర్స్‌, రన్నింగ్ రైస్‌, కప్ప గంతులు వంటి ఆటల్లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఉత్సాహంగా పాల్గొన్నారు......... అలాగే విద్యార్థులు సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాల భాగంగా కోలాట ప్రదర్శన చేసి కార్యక్రమానికి ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా నిలిచారు............. ఉపాధ్యాయ దినోత్సవ ప్రాముఖ్యతను వివరిస్తూ వీరిశెట్టి కళాశాల కరస్పాండెంట్ మద్దుల శ్రీనివాసులు గారు విద్యార్థులకు విలువైన సందేశం అందించారు. గురువుల ప్రాధాన్యతను గుర్తుచేస్తూ ఆయన ప్రసంగం అందరినీ ఆకట్టుకుంది............ కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్న విద్యార్థులు కూడా తమ గురువుల గురించి హృద్యమైన భావాలను వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఉపాధ్యాయులను సత్కరించడం, వారికి గౌరవం చూపడం తమ అదృష్టంగా భావిస్తున్నామని విద్యార్థులు పేర్కొ న్నారు.
